Let My Experience Work For You
Scott Hansen is an Irvine resident running for City Council. A pioneer and leader, Scott wants kids who grow up in Irvine to be able to afford to return to Irvine to build their careers and lives.
He supports growing our incredible Great Park and also wants to see more public art in Irvine. He and his wife are Legacy Partners of the Irvine Public Schools Foundation
Scott has been a strong advocate for both our diverse residents and our City's small businesses. Embracing diversity and passionately speaking out about social issues, he has proven to be a conscious leader who is willing to speak up for all individuals.
Before running for office, Scott was a director and technology attorney at Western Digital. He serves as President of the Sierra Bonita Homeowner’s Association in Turtle Rock and as a Commissioner on the City of Irvine Transportation Commission. In addition to running a small business, he has remained a committed leader in the community.
Scott is a proud 20-year resident of Irvine. He has raised two Irvine kids with his wife Genée, who is a long-time Spanish teacher in the Irvine public schools
My wife and I are grateful to have raised our family in Irvine. We own a small Irvine business. She is an award-winning teacher in the Irvine public schools.
I've volunteered much time to community service:
We are an international city of opportunity, innovation, tolerance, and environmentalism.
We need representatives to protect our unique Irvine quality of life. We need new ideas, new councilmembers, and planning for residents, not politicians.
Put me on the Irvine City Council, and I'll:
I'm proud Mayor Farrah Khan appointed me to the City of Irvine Transportation Commission. I would be honored to have your vote for Irvine City Council.
